You've developed or inherited a hodgepodge of processes, paperwork is mounting and you think to yourself "there must be a better way".  You also realize that the data you're getting from your system  is generating more questions than answers. The information is wholly inadequate in helping you manage the business.

 

We're here to help. With our BASICS plan we will review your systems, processes and financial reporting. After that we will work with you to put in the most economical and efficient systems to get your work done. Then, on a regular basis, we will review your books, make suggested enhancements and produce financial statements. You can finally get back to focusing on your core business.

 

With our BASICS program we focus on the core infrastructure of your business.  This includes answering many questions such as what is the proper form of ownership to the set up of basic accounting policies and systems.  You are responsible for the day to day running of your business and we will check in with you periodically to make sure things are running smoothly.  This package includes:

 

  • Review and monitor systems and software in place

  • Recommend changes to systems and software if necessary

  • Review adequacy of staffing levels

  • Review and monitor payroll setup

  • Chart of account review and maintenance

  • Balance sheet and profit & loss statement set up

  • Periodic Review of Books

  • One hour per month phone support

 

 

If needed, we can provide many additional services for an additional fee such as:

 

  • Business entity selection

  • Obtain an employer identification number

  • Set up credit card processing
