Principal
Patrick, a New Jersey CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with more than 25 years experience. During his career he has worked with companies of different sizes including start-ups He has h eld numerous senior management positions including with one of the largest staffing firms in the country having more than 60,000 field employees.
He has had full responsibility for the management of finance & accounting systems, banking relationships, budgeting, tax compliance & reporting, insurances, development and maintenance of financial systems and analysis of operational results.
He has led numerous initiatives resulting in efficiencies saving companies hundreds of thousands of dollars. He has implemented and configured numerous accounting systems including integration with add-on products such as inventory, applicant tracking systems, payroll, and HRIS.
He has extensive experience in negotiating with bankers, vendors, customers and landlords.
He has also been the key liaison with external auditors and attorneys.
An avid skier Patrick served for many years as the treasurer for the New Jersey Ski and Snowboard Council. He also served as a directory of the New Jersey Staffing Aliance.
Patrick and his wife Nancy reside in Watchung, New Jersey.
Nancy's diverse background and experience bring a unique skill set to the business. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Finance and is certified in Fundraising Strategies.
She held a variety of positions in management at AT&T, with a primary focus on international market product forecasting and sales expense budgeting. She led a team in streamlining and automating this process, resulting in more efficient and timely reporting and significantly improved and simplified the user interface experience.
Nancy has also worked as a software development sales consultant and tax preparer. More recently Nancy worked in the nonprofit sector with a focus on fundraising, financial planning, event planning and process improvement.
Nancy has been an active community volunteer. She served as a coach for the Watchung Ponytail League, a girl scout leader for Washington Rock Girl Scout Council and was active in the Watchung PTO. Nancy currently serves on the Stewardship Committee at St. Mary's-Stony Hill and serves as Chairperson of St. Mary's -Stony Hill's Finance Council.
Nancy and her husband, Patrick, reside in Watchung, New Jersey. She enjoys swimming, biking, hiking, golf and traveling.
